This is the group assignment for International Business INB780. This group will detail the 4P Marketing Mix for the company Apple Inc., an international company selling information and communications technology (ICT) and consumer electronics products. We will deliberate on the company, skim through the 4P Marketing Mix and then undertake to discuss Apple’s 4Ps – Price, Place, Promotion and Product strategies for the company and its relations to the global environment. Apple Inc was chosen because Apple has consistently managed to become a global market leader for technology products (tablets, notebooks, MP3 players and others) despite the fast changing global market conditions and technology shifts via continuously providing innovative and pervasive products. Apple had grown from strength to strength; within two years of its establishment, Apple recorded sales of $7.8 million.
